Marketing Manager needed for established brasserie brand based in London! Much-loved sites with focus on premium F&B and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be a guardian of the brand. Working with the entire marketing team to ensure our communications are always best in class.
- Working with the relevant in-house teams and external agencies to use data analytics to execute marketing strategies which encompass social media and digital acquisition channels.
- Aid in developing, communicating, and delivering the overall marketing strategy.
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create content, execute the content calendar and use analytics to refine the strategy.
- Monitor and support with guest feedback platforms.
- Manage seasonal menu and wine list changes along with associated collateral.
- Manage the brand look & feel from communications, images, and design collateral in line with the Brand Guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activity to the senior leadership team.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities within the sector and analysing their size and potential
- Support on sponsorship and brand partnership/collaboration relationship management.
- Write and edit compelling copy in line with the brand's tone of voice.
- Manage any relevant agencies that support the marketing team and manage assigned projects.
- Manage the annual calendar of Marketing activity.
- Identify opportunities for offers and promotions and coordinate with other departments.
