Role: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: up to £95,000 per annum depending on experience + Annual Performance Bonus.
Location: Staines-upon-Thames, UK
Hybrid Policy: 3 days a week onsite and 2 days working from home if preferred.
I am working with one of the biggest manufacturers of electronics worldwide dealing with Electronics for the consumer and business markets, such as memory chips, digital media players, appliances, semiconductors, and integrated systems.
You will oversee business-to-business (B2B) relationships with content creators, broadcasters, and streaming platforms throughout Europe to promote A/V technologies, like HDR10+, and help new audio/video services fully utilize the potential of upcoming TV technologies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Natural Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any related discipline
- Understanding of the principles of audio and video and the production-to-distribution workflow for content development.
- Solid knowledge of broadcast, CDN, baseband video encoding, and audio/video distribution
- Capacity to produce interesting presentations and present them to a range of audiences.
- Assist R&D in comprehending the roadmap for future TV technologies.
- Consult broadcast and streaming platforms about how to provide services for upcoming television items.
