MacGregor Black is thrilled to collaborate with a Leading Food business in their quest for a Marketing Manager. This pivotal role is permanent and requires presence onsite at our headquarters nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the research, implementation, and management of a robust sales, marketing, and PR strategy.
- Direct, manage, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team, comprising the Marketing Manager, Sales & Merchandising Manager, Social Media & Digital Executive, and Sales Ambassador (events).
- Cultivate and preserve a cohesive brand identity, enhance brand recognition, and safeguard registered trademarks.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and oversee sales and marketing budgets.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on research and development to explore new avenues for sales growth.
What are we looking for?
- 4-5 years of leadership experience in the food/FMCG industry.
- A degree in marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative capabilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms across the marketing spectrum.
- Hands-on experience in B2B, B2C, and e-commerce sales.
Location: Five days onsite at the main office in the Lake District.
Salary: Up to £55k DOE.
