The Talent Hub team are working in partnership with an established travel company in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with skills in strategy, planning, people management and delivering integrated campaigns including SEO, PPC, Website, social media, email and offline. Working with a wide network of internal stakeholders and the large sales team, they need a proactive person willing to get involved at all levels.


Responsibilities for this Marketing Manager job include:

  • Create, develop, and deliver the marketing strategy and plan for each of their brands.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including offline marketing channels, website, SEO/SEM, email, social and online advertising.
  • Oversee the development of compelling and engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.

For this Marketing Manager job, you should be:

  • Qualified to Degree level in either Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years proven experience in Marketing Management role, with a focus on the UK travel market.
  • Proven skills in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns, with strong ROI and reaching KPIs
  • Broad understanding of marketing channels and strategies, with proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Digital marketing best practises and trends
  • Successfully mentored and managed members of your team, as well as managing external agencies
