  • We are keen to hear from persons with strong marketing skills either in a junior role as Marketing Support Executive or as a senior Marketing Manager. The role depending on experience would be
  • to liaise with existing aesthetic clinic accounts in providing marketing support to them to promote our medical and aesthetic clinical protocols to their local target market through online campaigns, thereby supporting the sales process and helping in pull through of business.
  • To provide clinics with all the marketing material, images and copy for them to promote our products to their existing clientele and also to drive more customer footfall into their clinics
  • Updating and creating copy for the B2B website, The B2C website, SkinMed Academy and the ARA UK website. Skill with Word Press and Woo is an advantage.
  • Work on AdWords campaigns to B2C and B2B promoting either skin solutions of promoting our educational programmes online and live training events which range from level 5 to level 7. To also promote our masterclasses and the acne and rosacea association charity online accreditation where clinics become national charity accredited treatment centres. Thereby attracting new accounts to SkinMed
  • To compose compelling copy for articles and adverts in publications, ebulletins, online through social media including LinkedIn and to control Skinmed communication to its consumer and business customer base.
  • To plan, construct and run events at national shows and international congresses, to seek new products, new clients and business liaisons
  • To work with reference clinics and training centres in delivering our training through surrogate training courses and aiding them with promoting these in Ireland, Scotland and elsewhere.
  • To promote and develop further SkinMeds image within the medical dermatology and aesthetics industry and to be part of a business that is highly rated and recognised in the medical aesthetic industry with 23 years history. We are the medical aesthetics company in aesthetics. ‘We Bring Dermatology to Aesthetics. We have a strong medical and scientific history. We need stronger sales and relationship excellence to support the busy office and marketing team.
  • To drive the adoption by medical aesthetic clinics of being able to and wanting to secure their geographical share of the 2.5 million women over 35 with maturity onset acne and also the 4 million women over 35 with vascular rosacea or pore rosacea, to treat them and to secure them as long term aesthetic clients. To promote how medical standing is more important than ever in this world of expanding injectors outside of medical personnel and to gain wide support for the message ‘ don’t dismiss your medical status. Dermatoses such as acne and rosacea and medical and can be treated as medical by medics not by therapists. Do not just refer them to their GP. Use SkinMeds clinical proven medically licensed formulas and protocols, only available in private medical lead aesthetic clinics and dermatology centres.
  • The Role:

The successful candidates will support or drive clinical sales and training activity in the field with hundreds of medical aesthetic practices who SkinMed train and supply medically proven skin solutions for pigmentation, ageing, hydration, acne, rosacea, skin damage and more.

  • The customer base ranges from national chains through Medically lead practices with multiple practitioners to single handed nurse practitioners and dentists.

Depending on what aspects of the job description are taken on will define salary and level of responsibility

  • Package:

·      alary: £25,000.00 to £40,000.00 year depending on skill set and experience.

  • - With commission against sales and marketing profit target achievement of up to 10% of salary
  • Full time: usually 35 hours per week but contracted to work hours necessary to achieve marketing and sales objectives as described in points below
  • Ability in special circumstance to work remotely. Frequency dependent on need and trust worthiness, and the decision of the Operations manager
  • Flexitime based on achieving tasks to standard and to frequency required and defined in KPIs and need. If workload completed to a high standard then this will allow minimal work days where you would only be on call. Must respond to office requests on these days, but they should only be if required for effective business delivery and time dependent.
  • Maximum work hours in any week could be up to 42 hours but only on request with notice and average working hours per quarter will be 35 hours per week. These extra hours would be described as maximal working days. These would be relatively rare and under special circumstances like end of a promotion or when at congresses etc.
  • Hours: 9:00 – 17:00

You:

Marketing experience will be essential and ideally in the sector

You will have a passion for skin, beauty and delivering blemish free smooth wrinkle free skin is a key requirement. Professional telephone skills, sales and relationship strategy skills but not cold calling skills.

Knowledge of science, biology and some chemistry would be an asset.

Good organisational skills and experience in following Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring development, production and presentation of the marketing messages and documenting accurately and succinctly the outcome of calls and increasing sales and setting objectives and activities for future calls are skills we will be looking for.

We aim to recruit immediately. We have expanded our warehouse and shipping facility to cater for increased sales and marketing activity.
