We are looking for a dynamic marketing person that can join our team to help us expand in the UK and internationally.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, content creation, SEO, and inbound marketing strategies. A background in digital engagement or PR is highly desirable.


This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for generating leads through effective marketing campaigns.


This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being based in Derby but flexibility for some remote work.


Key Responsibilities:


●     Develop and implement engaging marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

●     Manage and optimise our HubSpot platform.

●     Create and manage content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.

●     Keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

●     Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.

●     Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

●     Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

●     Manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
