Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a marketing leading property investment company in their marketing team as a Marketing Manager. With offices in the Far East, Middle East, Africa, and UK, this offers great prospects for progression and growth within an international company.

Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager working within the Property or Real Estate industry is essential for this position.

They pride themselves on the long-term relationships they build – they have a comprehensive support process throughout the investment cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong brand identities and unique narratives for property projects.
  • Create comprehensive marketing suites, directing agencies for brochures, floor plans, and CGIs.
  • Write and manage blog posts to engage investors.
  • Collaborate on eDM strategy and global lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse HubSpot marketing data for informed decision-making.
  • Assist with virtual and physical events to promote investment opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing materials reflect the brand’s voice and style.
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors for marketing assets and event planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Analyse competitors and stay updated on industry developments to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in marketing within the property or real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems (ideally HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000
Central London & Hybrid Working (2 days per week from home)
