Working Hours: 9:00 to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: 35-40k Per Annum

Role Overview:

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at Clive Henry Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for our three distinct companies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing initiatives that effectively promote our services, strengthen our brand presence in the healthcare industry, boost sales and support growth for internal companies. However your effort and input may also be required to support our external client services through Cre8.

Brief description of duties:

  • the development of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media posts, articles, whitepapers, newsletters, case studies and presentations.
  • an unwavering desire to build a global brand that becomes synonymous with excellent customer service, quality and innovation.
  • and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team to optimise campaigns and drive results.
  • informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • marketing input to the management of company websites.
  • of leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • closely with management to influence and implement organisation growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Boss: At least 3 years’ B2B marketing experience ideally in an SME or agency position.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • maestro: Demonstrate proven expertise in marketing plan development and content creation.
  • of communication: Exceptional communication skills are key.
  • curious: all about business discovery and detective work.
  • of time: Outstanding time management skills and an ability to prioritise a busy and ever-changing workload.
  • point; Experience with Website Build/developing is a plus (Semplice and Framer)
