JOB OPPORTUNITY: Marketing Manager (Full Time / Part Time)
LOCATION: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (Hybrid)

ABOUT MY CLIENT
This is a great opportunity to support an established privately-owned skin clinic in the popular area of Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham). They have recently made big investments to ensure they continue to have the latest market leading IPL & Laser equipment to ensure clients get results. They have also just completed a refurbishment and rebrand to ensure that all their content is high quality and on brand. This role would suit a full time / part time and would be around 5-3 days per week with flexible working hours at home & in clinic.
Job Role
- Track, create & manage marketing plan plans for IG, Tiktok, GMB, You Tube, Email Campaigns
- Create automations & track leads
- Manage & oversee PPC campaigns done externally
- Create or manage Meta Ads
- Monthly blogs on aesthetic treatments
- Copywriting
- Updates on website, SEO etc (wordpress)
- Managing budgets, tracking & ROI
Advantageous
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Graphic Design
- Experience in running ads
- Automating & tracking leads
- Any previous aesthetic experience
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have with an understanding of key marketing and business principles including internet marketing (social media, analytic and website design).
- Must be up to date & experienced with different social media platforms, with set targets to grow audiences whilst generating and tracking leads. This role requires an organised and motivated candidate who is tuned into the world of social media.
- The applicant must have a strong interest of beauty and aesthetics, be a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated person as they will be working independently multiple projects and be able to work to deadlines
- Degree level of education or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for layout, typography and creative composition
- Experience in Marketing 2 years
