Marketing Comms
Connecting with existing and potential customers through exciting and engaging comms is what we love to do here at Tom’s Studio. Whether that’s telling them about new product launches, introducing special editions, offering digital creative guides, offering occasional discounts for special occasions or just letting them know what’s going on behind the scenes at Tom’s Studio via our monthly From The Studio newsletter. You’ll be responsible for creating the comms, drafting copy, writing creative briefs, partnering with our creative team and project managing it all to ensure everything is delivered on time.
Influencer Marketing - Acquisition
You’ll own our influencer marketing channel where amazing creators from around the world demonstrate our products to their communities in return for commission on the sales they generate. We’ve built a loyal community, and are now looking to take it to the next level. You’ll grow the channel via targeted ambassador outreach, liaise with and create engaging comms for our existing ambassadors, run seasonal competitions and incentives, as well as analyse and report on the commercial performance of the channel.
Retail Partner Comms
Tom’s Studio is sold in a growing number of stores around the world. You’ll own the CRM strategy and execution for engaging with these retail partners to ensure they’re regularly engaged with our brand. You’ll make sure they’re always up-to-speed with our latest news, product launches and general goings on, as well as providing any supporting information required to sell our expanding product range.
PR
As a small company with big ambitions, we want to tell more people about our story, our Founder Tom’s journey, and how we’re changing the stationery industry for the better with our “refill-ution” mission. You’ll identify and outreach to journalists and influencers across various niches, building and maintaining a PR database, selectively seeding product to VIPs, briefing our creative team on VIP collateral, as well as drafting and pitching press releases.
Organic Social
You’ll support the creation and delivery of our social content calendar, planning, creating and posting highly relevant and engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. You’ll work closely with our Founder Tom to ensure his voice is a regular presence,, developing a deep understanding of our community and leveraging data to learn how they respond to our content, identifying trends and regularly analysing and reporting back on KPIs.
