This Marketing Manager opportunity has a big part to play in the wider marketing across EMEA team. This is an integral role to manage the biggest brand in the portfolio - strengthen relationships with customers, create robust marketing creative plans and launch new products to bolster their impressive armoury. As a Marketing Manager you will work with the UK SLT and SLTs across Europe to determine product and brand strategy across the retail landscape for the brand. Internally you will be a key partner of the Global Brand Development Team and work closely with the UK Brand Teams and the Ireland Brand Activation team. Drive the growth of this priority brand across UK/Ireland and deliver excellent execution as per the new global operating model. Full accountability to deliver the in-year full P&L and share targets, as well as shaping Ire Yr2-Yr3 local plans, deploying the strategy driven by the Global BDT (Global Brand Development Team). You will be responsible for working closely with the Global segment leads and the EMEA Deployment Leader to drive excellence in execution for the brand in UK/ Ireland (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers) Partnering with the SLT to input into communication and commercial innovation needs. Lead media planning and digital first initiatives across UK/Ire Activate content & communication plans and have a deep understanding of consumer insights. Collaborate with commercial teams to address challenges and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners. Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and Innovation opportunities We need self-motivated, highly energetic, ambitious commercial marketeers who have a passion for brands and bringing top class activation and product to consumers. Strategic Brand Management experience is essential with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation.as you will be working with a complex and brand managing projects and be highly visible - this is a role that has fast promotion possibilities and the last two incumbents have moved to Director level internal. Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment. People management experience essential, responsible for coaching and developing talent. You will have experience developing and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development. Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges. Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise. Demonstrates ability and experienced in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward.
