Marketing Manager – Part-Time

  • Part-Time = 3 days per week (can be flexible on days)
  • Based – Holborn
  • Organisation – financial services

Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to come on board and work with all internal departments within this well-established financial services organisation.

This role will suit someone who is experienced and happy to work within three key areas:

  • Brand Development
  • Client Digital Marketing
  • Revenue Generation

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver annual marketing strategy for the Group working closely with the CEO and CFO.
  • Responsible for all external communications such as newsletters, social media, marketing releases, and ads.
  • Ensuring marketing activity is communicated effectively across the business with regular updates.
  • Staying ahead of industry/market trends.
  • Managing external agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and enhance marketing campaigns for maximum ROI within budget.
  • Manage and create content for various platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate impact of campaigns in terms of lead generation, client reach, and retention.
  • Design marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, materials, events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Lead the execution of lead generation and brand campaigns to support various objectives across all channels in support of annual marketing plans.

The ideal person:

  • Happy to work three days per week.
  • Experience in lead generation, branding, and providing reporting and results.
  • Creative writer with a fine eye for producing excellent emails and landing pages.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritise, and multi-task.
  • Real problem solver.
  • At least 4+ years previous experience within marketing; degree education in marketing would be preferable.
  • Experience of using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads.
  • Experience with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling platforms.
  • Proficient in Canva or other desktop apps.
  • Competent in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs and AI tools would be an advantage.
