Marketing Manager – Part Time Maternity Cover
10 Month Contract, Sept 24 - July 25
2 Days/16 Hours Per Week
£250/day

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us on a 10-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, leading the marketing department of an award-winning FMCG frozen food brand with a strong presence in the drinks industry.
The family business is the No. 1 brand in our category and experiencing strong continual growth. The right person for the role will have a passion for brands and be responsible for delivering the marketing strategy, whilst leading and developing a small team.
The role:
- Responsible for The Ice Co brand and ensuring we act as, and are represented as, the leading frozen food brand that we are.
- Manage, support and develop the marketing team including weekly team meetings, monthly 1-2-1 catch ups and annual reviews.
- Budget management, including appropriate analysis of activity and tools to ensure best value, utilisation and ROI.
- Ensure our annual KPI’s are on track.
- Manage external agencies on retainer.
- Lead all PR and activation activities (through our PR agency).
- Be involved with product and new product development, including packaging updates.
- Be instrumental in the company culture and embed the company vision and values through our marketing.
- Lead any external video/photo shoots as required.
- Develop and nurture all existing complementary brand partnerships and look for new ones.
- Manage retail activity and prepare data and presentations for the sales team for retailer meetings as required.

Requirements:
Experienced marketer with 5+ years working in a marketing, brand or equivalent role
Experience managing and developing people
Ideally with experience in a FMCG or food business
