Who we are looking for

A Marketing Manager who will develop strong Business relationships, negotiate global commercial agreements and work as part of a wider and fast paced Marketing function.


The Partner Marketing Services team is currently seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to become part of our growing team.


You will be responsible for exploring, developing and managing Business to Business commercial relationships, whilst working closely with affiliate partners and our internal departments to maximise synergy, long term value and campaign performance.


The role will assist with the increasing need to deliver localised partner insights, site exposure and offer prominence. This will ensure that the Business is able to prioritise positioning, maximise commercial value and work closely with the team in delivering a cyclical approach with campaign delivery.


A collaborative, outgoing, enthusiastic and data led nature is key to ensuring success within the role. You will be expected to drive relationships along with exposure, commercial value and overall campaign performance.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.


Preferred skills and experience

  • Degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability in securing positive commercial agreements.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Awareness of product suite and the offering across each market.
  • Established understanding of market legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proven track record of exposure within the affiliate gaming industry.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the Organisation.


Main Responsibilities

  • Representing the Business externally at key events and partner meetings.
  • Identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, by building new partnerships or optimising existing ones.
  • Delivering the optimum results for both the Business and the partners.
  • Negotiating global commercial agreements with key partners, whilst constantly reviewing for sake of best value.
  • Influencing departmental projects and objectives through pro-active involvement.
  • Ensuring partner compliance across multiple territories to protect the interest of our partners alongside the Business.
  • Supporting the launch of the Business into new territories globally.
  • Working with the Head of Partner Marketing Services to define new Business objectives and budgets for recommendation back to the wider Business.
  • Working to enhance the departments affiliate website and platform, in order enhance the reporting available to our partners.
  • Supporting asset creation to align with our brand guidelines that drive performance.
