In addition, Develop brief with clear objectives, budgets, KPIs for internal alignment with various stakeholders (Retail Sales, Demand Planning, Creative, Education. Digital, Global Brand Marketing) where applicableEnsure execution excellence: managing effective A&P budget control, ensure effective agency timeline, quality control, preparation of toolkits, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and tracking of ROI with post-mortem analysis where applicablePrepare, plan and present annual marketing calendars which reflect the Company's priorities (Samples, GWPS, hero products, A launches, and TR sets)Manage agencies from the initial services procurement process and legal/contract management leading to the launchDesigning a segmentation & proposal of specific activities, events, promotions sites adapted to Operators to drive consumer experience excitementProactively track competitors’ visual merchandising and promotion best practices to strengthen brand plansManage Outdoor Media (OOH) execution by coordinating with internal (global VM team) and external media and VM agency to ensure timely and quality execution in line with brand and campaign needsTranslating our global marketing campaigns & initiatives to meet the needs of our EU & UK Retail partnersDevelop EMEAI Marketing Strategy with Sales and Marketing leads including sampling, in-store & digital activation strategies across Retail and TRWork collaboratively with International Sales teams to execute all marketing programs and requestsPartner with North America Marketing team to ensure all strategies are consistent with global brand strategies and positioningThe ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of brands in the EMEAI marketplace and the ability to drive new ideasDevelop strategies and initiatives based on Marketing priorities, ensuring balance and appropriate focus among core vs. newnessLink back to overall brand objectives and deliver strong ROI while working with Sales and Global leads to execute all programs flawlessly and on-timeLiaison with the International Education Team to develop support materials and training plans aligned with brand objectivesCreate and manage marketing calendar for assigned retailersSupport in the management of TREX from frequent assortment analysis and competitor studiesAbout You: 7+ years proven channel marketing experience, trade marketing, or tiered distribution experienceExperience working for or supporting beauty industry retailers is strongly desired. Expertise in marketing program development for International Retailers preferredMust be able to handle multiple projects at once and work autonomously without oversight on day to-day operationsAbility to drive, communicate and organize projects from concept to executionQuick thinker and problem solverHighly motivated, self-starter who manages multiple projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlinesExcellent communication & people skillsBachelor's Degree, preferredPrior experience in Travel Retail is a MUSTWe'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement.
