Role overview

Agent3’s RevTech team prides itself in helping clients to optimise and leverage the marketing technologies at their disposal to achieve their goals. Whilst technology is at the heart of everything that we do, we also place a lot of focus on ensuring our clients put in place the right sales and marketing processes, as we see this as a key factor to success.

We’re looking to add another accomplished Marketing Operations (MOps) Lead to our ranks to support a wide variety of clients. Reporting to the RevTech team lead, you will dive into our client’s martech stacks (with a focus on Pardot) whilst also providing strategic consultative support on a broad range of projects.

As a Marketing Operations Leadat Agent3, you will:

  • Work with marketing operations stakeholders within the client’s organisation to understand their goals, challenges and processes, so that you’re able to provide effective consultancy and guidance that sets them up for success
  • Collaborate with sales stakeholders to make sure that the processes that overlap marketing technology platforms and CRM are consistent and coordinated, with a specific focus on the lead management and routing mechanisms
  • Be the daily lead for our Pardot clients, ensuring that all projects and requests are delivered utilising best practices, whilst also ensuring that the client is extracting the full potential that the platform has to offer
  • Conduct audits into our client’s martech platforms that provide recommendations around how they can extract the most value from their current tools, whilst providing guidance on additional systems that they would benefit from
  • Manage projects from beginning to final completion, working with RevTech team members and wider Agent3 specialist teams to deliver projects to schedule and on-budget
  • Contribute to the upskilling of the RevTech team, through sharing best practice knowledge and running training sessions
  • Help to shape the team’s marketing technology offering
  • Identify opportunities on accounts for us to increase the value that we can offer our clients

As a Marketing Operations Leadat Agent3, you will bring:

  • Pardot certification with 2+ years hands-on experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Experience running an integrated martech stack, with a strong understanding of the key platforms at play
  • A thorough understanding of the role marketing operations plays within organisations, as well as how the relationship with sales can be used to ensure that the technology and processes put in place, underpin a successful end-to-end approach
  • Experience managing and delivering projects, outlining clear targets, requirements and timescales, and over-communicating to ensure expectations are managed throughout
  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships; able to shift style to suit your client, understanding their business and pain points and providing guidance and ideas
  • Experience managing your own workload and bring in support from other team members where appropriate, providing visibility across the team while maintaining accountability
