Job Description

Marketing team, within the Global Sales & Marketing function, has a strategic focus on empowering partners to build top of the funnel through industry campaigns, conferences and cross business units’ collaboration. We help partners to identify, nurture and qualify new leads as well as support the acceleration and closing of deals.

What you will do:

  • Produce compelling and innovative marketing material to support the delivery of campaigns and conferences.

  • Support preparation and execution of conferences (summits and symposium), and targeted campaigns, webinar and roundtables in a virtual and physical environment.

  • Inform stakeholder decision based on data-driven insights and market analysis.

  • Report on marketing initiatives results and impact for the business.

  • Develop consistent communication strategy with all stakeholders within Consulting and across the broader Gartner.

  • Work with Sales, Research, Service and Conference channels on Consulting demand generation activities.

Impact of the role:

  • Enable profitable growth through world-class execution and innovation of campaigns and conferences.

  • Drives globally consistent approach working cross functionally with key business partners.

  • Raise Gartner Consulting brand awareness.

  • Viewed as a strategic partner with our key stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • German or French speaker is a plus.

  • 2 – 3 years of marketing, sales enablement experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong competency with computer-based tools including Microsoft Office and CRM system(s).

  • Strong competency with data analysis and reporting (Excel is a must, PowerBI is a plus).

  • Comfortable being measured on MQLs and revenues generated.
