As a Marketing Solutions Executive you will be calling businesses to uncover their marketing needs and putting proposals together for long term multi-media campaigns across our full suite of digital and print options. You will need great questioning and listening skills, be very inquisitive and the businesses you speak to and harness your skills to develop long terms relationships.
As a natural communicator you will spend your days developing relationships through account management of existing business as well as cold calling for new opportunities with lapsed or new customers. You should be happy to communicate over phone, email and video calling with your clients and have a broad understanding of the benefits of digital (online) advertising.
No media sales knowledge is necessary as we will give you full product training however its important you have worked in a pressurised sales focussed environment are used to working to targets and deadlines and potentially have cold calling experience.
The team are hard-working, have a supportive manager, and are very focussed on earning the additional commission available, which is uncapped so the sky's the limit.
Full training is given and we can genuinely offer you a career in media. This role offers a hybrid work pattern of 4 days working from home and 1 day based in our central offices in Darlington which have free parking and easy public transport access.
