Overview

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Digital

· Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and corporate team to drive the development and maintenance of the company's website.

· Manage the execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.

· Act as a facilitator for digital initiatives, fostering a digital culture within the organization.

Lead Acquisition Strategy

· Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department.

· Localise lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs.

  • Assist in implementing and deploying an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.

Content :

· Partner with the Marketing Manager, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality content for website and inbound marketing efforts, including blog posts, social media content, interviews, case studies, and newsletters.

  • Ensure all content adheres to corporate guidelines and brand standards.

CRM :

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to localise, adapt, and plan CRM communication campaigns in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Assist in managing the local communication calendar for newsletters, marketing campaigns, and yearly pipeline.
  • Support efforts to improve data quality and efficiency in managing CRM data processes.

Analytics :

· Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversion rates across the buyer journey.

  • Implement measures to control email commercial pressure and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Media PR and event:

· Manage with the team trade shows and client workshops to promote Graitec's image and ensure a strong presence at industry events.

· Respect of milestones and global planning.

· Ability to work with multiple teams.

· Ability to manage and embrace complex project;

Success Indicators


Responsibilities

Required experience

· What you must have done already:

o Bachelor’s in business or marketing or equivalent experience,

o 6/8 years of experience;

o Very significant experience in managing content website;

o Experience of lead digital acquisition: SEO, SEM, Linkedin, retargeting, social activations…

o Experience of marketing automation tools as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM…

o Experience in collaborating with sales team.

· What is nice to have done already:

o Knowledge of subscription business and software companies.
