Role – Marketing Specialist
Salary – up to £42,000
Location – Lancashire
Work Pattern – Hybrid – 3 days in office
Oscar Digital have partnered with a market leader in shipping and logistics to assist them grow their already established marketing team. With offices all over the globe, this company are experiencing year on year growth and are looking for a Marketing Expert that will play a key role in driving their continued growth and success.
This role will be lead generation heavy, using marketing strategies to develop leads that can be converted to sales. This will include developing campaigns across digital marketing and managing the companies CRM system to monitor progress and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and run campaigns across PPC, SEO, Email and Social Media.
- Leverage insights from CRM data (HubSpot).
- Manage significant marketing budgets.
- Track and report success of marketing campaigns, managing KPI’s.
- Report ROI with senior stakeholders.
- Plan and execute events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience with delivering marketing campaigns.
- Experience utilising CRM data.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
