Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage student recruitment strategies.
- Deliver engaging and creative marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the institution's website and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for student recruitment.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials.
- Engage with prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer should have:
- Proven experience in student recruitment and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media for marketing purposes.
- A creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- A passion for education and student success.
