What is A&J School?
A&J School is a full-time online school delivering British and American curricula to students from 13yo onwards. We have been in the industry since 2012 and are moved into full-time schooling in 2022.
Why do we exist?
We exist because many students leave schools without the skills they need to succeed in adult life.
Are we right for every student?
Definitely not. We do not offer sport, drama, art, and our students' in-person socialising is limited.
What do we offer?

Where are we going?
Last financial year, our revenue was £1,300,000. We are targeting £10,000,000 in revenue by 31st August 2028.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced Maths and Physics teacher with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience. Strong proficiency of GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and IB curricula. While the role is flexible to a degree, there are a lot of evenings and weekends.
What do we offer: salary?
- £45,000 base pay.

- 10% private pension match scheme (we contribute 10% towards your private pension instead of statutory 3%).
Where is the office?
We are fully-remote. There is not commute.
