Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for several Lecturers in Maths who hold QTS in Basildon & Southend
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Maths teachers with high level technical abilities to contribute to innovating Maths/English delivery and enable the College to become a centre of excellence.
Reporting to the Quality Improvement & Education Managers you will be responsible for implement teaching strategies to enable students to develop skills in Maths/English and achieve high grades.
The successful applicant will be passionate about Maths/English and have the ability to inspire interest and curiosity in students and enable them to develop either basic, intermediate or advanced skills in using mathematical calculations / developing students as curious learners who will become fluent in the technical complexities of English, grammar, spelling and vocabulary.
Candidates must have
- A degree in Maths or other relevant qualification such as Physics.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) (You will need to be already qualified as the College does not have QTS /QTLS mentors required to support)
- GCSE Grades C / 4 or higher in English.
- Strong and successful track of delivering GCSE Maths in the UK, ideally 4 + years.
