Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive Maths lessons to students in line with the national curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for Maths. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and strategies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Maths education, attending professional development sessions as required. Requirements Qualified Maths Teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level. Exceptional knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
