Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
- Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet students' individual needs
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to provide updates and address concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the primary or secondary level
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
