M&E Construction Manager
Salary: £75,000 Plus Package

An M&E Construction Manager is required for a leading Top 5 Main Contractor in Central London.
The project is a mixed-use multibillion mega scheme working on a mix of residential, retail, restaurants, and offices.
The purpose of this role is to manage the mega mixed-use scheme, ensuring it is completed on time and within the budget set.
Ideal Candidate
- 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
- Degree qualified or similar construction degree.
- Experience on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong background as a Construction Manager.
- Experience in managing site staff.
- Health and safety certificate.
- CSCS card.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all site staff.
- Ensuring health and safety standards meet client requirements.
- Overall responsibility for the site.
- Ensuring all method statements are correct.
- Ensuring the project is completed on time.
- Site managing from start to finish.
