Attention Project Managers! Join our client as a Facilities Project Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality building and M&E projects.

As a member of the Estates and Site Services Team, you will be responsible for coordinating small to medium-sized building projects at the Sydenham site and ensuring that they are completed on time, to specification and within budget. You will work closely with the Head of Estates and Site Services, stakeholders, and contractors to deliver projects that maintain and enhance the Hospice's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage building and M&E projects
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards
  • Maintain high levels of Health and Safety
  • Communicate effectively with staff and suppliers
  • Identify cost savings and efficiencies
  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and maintain professional development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management and contractor management
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
