Job Description
TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a reputable chartered surveying company, who are looking to add several M&E surveyors to a role carrying out surveys of an NHS Trust in the Northeast.
The role involves a survey of all sites within the estate's portfolio and the mechanical and electrical assets within them, planned to commence in mid to late June, lasting approximately 3-6 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client's own in-house software on a portable tablet.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role, preferably an in-date certificate, or the ability to gain one as a minimum.
