Your new role

• Working in a static role you will cover a Technology building near Kings Cross.
• Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you wil be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment
• Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2,3
• Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Must live within a commutable distance of London, Kings Cross.
