Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) – FM Service Provider - Commercial Estate – Marylebone, London –Up to £45,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a large commercial estate near in Marylebone, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to £45,000 Plenty of overtime 20 days holiday Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Onsite parking Hours of work Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00 Key duties & Responsibilities Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems.
