Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading Social Housing contractor who are looking to engage with experienced mechanical site managers to help run a range of jobs spanning across London for the refurbishment of the sites. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, social housing experience is not compulsory.
The Role: • Leading on site mechanical team • Liaising with Directors/Project management • Holding client/sub-contractor meetings • Ensuring work is per specification • Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
The Candidate: • Experience working as a mechanical site manager • Highly organised • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The role will include managing various sites across London assuring client expectations are upheld and general smooth running of jobs through to completion
Sign off to pay a very good day rate CIS and the opportunity to join a leading Social housing contractor on this exciting project.
