Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for a new role?

Do you have experience in managing a team of Mechanical Engineers?

About the role:

• Looking after and making sure we are up to date with all statutory compliance
• Experience of managing a team or experience in a team leader role
• Carry out engineers’ appraisals along with line manager
• Attend client meetings
• Supervision/escorting of subcontractors
• Carrying out surveys for compiling quotations for remedial works and small projects
• Day to day management of the PPM activities
• Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime across the portfolio to identify current trends & patterns to achieve effective & efficient delivery of engineering resource.
• Helping the reactive helpdesk with information so they can complete activities
• Completion and management of PPM based risk assessments
• Management of SHEQ requirements
• Vetting RAMS and safe systems of work when supervising subcontractors
• Completion of permit to work documents for subcontractors

What we require?

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or similar role.
• NVQ required
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical services, practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in managing a team of engineers

Main Details:
Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (+Van, Fuel Card, PPE, Tools)
Salary: £50,000 Per Annum
Base Location: Dagenham Selina's Lane - RM8 1TB
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm
