Aberdeen based, staff role. Full rights to work in the UK required. Provide Mechanical support which may include offshore visits Generates work scopes, cost estimates, maintenance and minor modification work packs Provide knowledge/expertise in all aspects of specific types of mechanical equipment, fabricated equipment, materials handling equipment Operational and specialist Mechanical support to modification or study teams or projects Assists in setting budgets, manage expenditure for all work scopes Management of Sub-Contractors and suppliers Interface with other relevant disciplines to ensure technical integrity of design is maintained Participate in and contribute to various Safety Reviews related to the projects, i.e. HAZID, HAZOP etc, and close out assigned actions in a timely manner Assist with inspection of equipment and attendance at FATs as required Maintain Mechanical Equipment Specifications, Standards and Procedures Provide input and support long-term facility modification and maintenance plans/programs to ensure cost effective operation and asset integrity throughout the FPSO lifetime Technical integrity audits on mechanical systems and work management as part of the Technical Audit programme Propels high safety acumen with regards to FPSO facility daily operations Lead and participate in a proactive safety performance and KPl's and provide appropriate input to the Process Safety management system Participate in equipment failure investigations and incident investigations as required Ensures that all requirements, deadlines, and support services for FPSO Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Materials are met and carried out by offshore personnel
