Mechanical Technical Director – Global Consultancy - Mission Critical Data Centre Projects – Cooling Systems and Ventilation
Future Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Technical Director for a global construction engineering consultancy to work on mission critical (data centre) projects from their offices in central London. Working collaboratively with clients and design professionals this role presents the opportunity to work on significant and challenging new data centre projects – specifically cooling systems and ventilation, across the Greater London area.
Working within a tightly knit and supportive company culture, as the leading pillar in the mechanical team you will have responsibility for a team of Engineers and have oversite of projects throughout their full life cycle from feasibility studies, client engagement, design, project delivery and testing / commissioning.
Suitable candidates for this position should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on mission critical data centre projects from a mechanical perspective as well as previous management responsibilities. Ideally, this experience will have been gained within a consultancy environment although candidates from a contracting background will also be considered.
