We are an established media company with a well grounded company structure, looking for a reliable Recruitment Consultant based in London.
This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for an individual aspiring to grow in an ambitious and expanding company.
The Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with recruiting influencers and talents for our app. They will also be expected to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, multitasking and working with little supervision. They will collaborate with the Media Management Team, and communicate effectively with the management team as well as clients.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Main Responsibilities:
Being knowledgeable about social media & services used by the business;
Manage responsibilities to ensure timely performance;
Manage recruitment phone calls and correspondence (email, phone calls etc.)
Be aware of market trends and competitors
Contacting/liaising with influencers and managers
Building relationships with new clients
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Optional requirements:
Previous recruitment experience not necessary but preffered & an advantage
Experience working with influencers not necessary but preffered & an advantage

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 20 - 30 hours per week, Minimum of 3 days. They must be available to start immediately and commute to Canary Wharf.
