So, wherever you join us, you'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions Job Description: Part of EU deployment & ops team within global media team Work with EU markets & local agencies to define local digital paid media strategies that deliver against overall business strategy and objectives Ensure compliant execution of campaigns through adherence to approved processes, Brand Safety Guidelines, global toolboxes, AdTech as well as Market's legal framework Ongoing tracking of campaign & overall channel performance (monthly reporting, scorecard & QBRs) & identify opportunity areas Work closely with Audience team, Global Brand Content team and Market teams to define to tailor the right content and message to the right Audience with the right CTA. Monitor & access deviation on paid media content Share learnings & best practices with markets Support with OB recommendation & budget co-ordination
