This leading regional team are gearing up for growth and are looking for someone with around 3 years’ PQE dealing with medical negligence claims. You will be working alongside senior solicitors who are investigating and litigating on multi-track clinical negligence claims.
Ideally you will have experience dealing with all aspects of pre- and post-issue procedures, and can confidently liaise clients, experts, barristers, and third-party solicitors and insurers where necessary. Solicitors or CILEX with 3 years of experience working in this environment are strongly encouraged to apply.
