The Royal College of Psychiatrists is looking to appoint a dynamic, efficient, and driven individual to support our Medical Training Initiative (MTI) scheme. The successful candidate will have a proven record of working in a busy and complex environment in a support role. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a proven ability to deal effectively and quickly with complex information and queries. Excellent customer service skills are essential.


The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Reporting to the International Liaison Manager, they will be required to use their own initiative, be highly articulate and have strong administrative skills, as well as the ability to support, monitor and report on the RCPsych MTI Scheme. They will be required to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience of international recruitment is desirable.
