Job Description

Working with Product Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing, the main goal is to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product creation from concept to production for timely delivery.- Develop seasonal apparel products, including creating specs, grading, and detailed drawings.- Collaborate with suppliers during all development phases, including sourcing trims/fabrics.- Manage sampling, prototyping, and ensure products meet quality and brand standards.- Communicate production details to factories and possibly travel for product reviews.- Address challenges in product construction, materials, manufacturing, and pricing.- Monitor progress and ensure products meet integrity requirements.- Approve lab dips, test reports, and styles for production.- Stay updated on market trends, new fabrics, and consumer needs.- Research manufacturing capabilities.Knowledge and Experience:- Expertise in fabrics, trims, garment construction, textiles, and tech pack creation.- Understanding of patterns, fit, grading, textile testing, and apparel manufacturing.- Experience in materials sourcing, costing, and factory communication.- Proficiency in Illustrator and Excel; PLM knowledge is advantageous.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.- Detail-oriented with strong responsibility and quality control abilities.- Positive attitude and proactive work approach.This brand prides itself on valuing individuals and offering an authentic and collaborative work environment.
