Are you a newly qualified Nurse or RMN with a background in caring for patients with mental health needs? If so, we want to hear from you! Leaders in Care is helping a Pontypridd forensic mental health Hospital find a full-time Mental Health Nurse to help provide innovative, effective, forward-thinking therapeutic care for adults with specialist mental health care needs. The role comes with a salary of up to £41,000 and great benefits package on top.
The normal working week is 40 hours worked flexibly over Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Be responsible for the assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of person-centred care plans for our clients
Work alongside colleagues to provide the very best standards of clinical care
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified RMN/ RNLD OR RGN and will have current registration with the NMC. You will also need:
To be an RMN with a background in caring for patients with mental health needs
