My client is a successful ladieswear brand offering a fantastic range of stylish and sophisticated yet affordable and coordinated ladies fashion.

They are a family owned business who has progressed to have over 100 retail locations including standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK as well as a growing ecom business.


They are looking for a full time Allocator to support the retail merchandising team to be based at their beautiful new Head office in Bury. As an Allocator you will support the retail merchandising team, be the main point of contact for stores to ensure all goods arrive on time and maintain stock accuracy across stores. You will allocate new stock out to stores to ensure their arrival for each new season and through each collection launch. Ensure all stock is replenished in order to maximise sales and profit.



This is a Full-time – Permanent office-based role with flexible working arrangements.



Stock Allocator / Merchandise Admin Assistant - Responsibilities:

  • Supporting an Assistant Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in the successful management of a department
  • Monitor and ensure recommended size ratios are maintained across styles.
  • Organising stock transfers and movement to and from stores
  • Liaising closely with warehouses, stores and other Head Office departments
  • Stock replenishment, understanding replenishment to maximize full price sales and demonstrating knowledge of stores
  • Continual contact with stores (main point of contact in Head Office).



Stock Allocator / Merchandise Admin Assistant - Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Communicate effectively
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly organised – with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Experience of Allocations and stock management preferable but not essential
  • Excel and systems skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
