Microsoft Developer Junior or Mid Level
Our client are a successful IT Consultancy organisation who work within the Retail, Finance, Logistics, Insurance, Manufacturing and FMCG sectors, amongst others.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Microsoft Developer, to join its UK business and help the company meet its growth plans. There is flexibility in the working location for this position (Horsham/London/Amersham/Home), but you must be willing and able to travel to clients in and around London when needed and ideally occasionally to Geneva.
Technical requirements:
– .NET, C#, MVC, Angular, MS SQL Server 2008/2012 with strong SQL and Stored Procedures – essential
– Experience of modern technologies such as Xamarin and App Development – very beneficial
SSIS, SSRS – very beneficial
– MS SharePoint, Azure, VB, VB.Net – would be an advantage
– ASP.Net
– ADO.Net
– HTML, XML, CSS, Drupal
– Oracle
– Code First, Entity Framework, Bootstrap
– Legacy skills such as Powerbuilder would be seen as beneficial
Experience required:
– Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience
– Good analysis and design skills or at least an interest in developing such skills
– Excellent communicator both written and verbal who is able to communicate effectively to our client’s customers and proposing solutions to the challenges they face
– Confident, ambitious, innovative, smart and understands the need for flexibility and multi-tasking
– Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
