Fully remote - Permanent We're working with a global Microsoft Partner looking for a junior D365 Functional CE Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation for various client operations. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, and designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements. Document and analyse business requirements for D365 implementations. Design and configure D365 solutions to meet business needs, including modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Lead or contribute to D365 implementation projects, overseeing functional aspects. Configure D365 settings, workflows, and business rules. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 environments. Strong understanding of D365 CRM/CE modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service. ~ Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering. ~ Experience with D365 CE or CRM.
