Mid-Weight Creative Artworker – c£40-46k p/a + Bens

Hybrid - Central London office


This role is with a highly reputable and award winning integrated agency who are well known for the brilliant quality of their creative work and also the amazing culture at the agency. They are a large agency and based in Central London, and this role sits in their studio which contains multiskilled Designers, Artworkers, Retouchers, Editors and Motion Designers all in one team. They produce global, fully integrated campaigns for clients across all industries and this role could focus on work for worldwide automotive and tech clients amongst a very broad range of clients.


As a MW Creative Artworker, you’ll be working on some high profile campaigns across a mix of above and below the line collateral for print and layout for digi / social / web. You will have the opportunity to work from design files through to final print / web ready artwork an having a good creative eye is important too. Our client is looking for someone who has already built solid experience as an Artworker from another top, creative agency. They’d like someone who has worked on a broad range of campaign assets, but their should be real craft in your portfolio and ideally it will have examples of projects for global brands.


You will need to have worked on advertising (Press / OOH), as well as Digital (Banners suites / Bits for web / social), and will need to be a great all-rounder with the Creative Suite Software. You should be fluent in InDesign and Illustrator and able to use Photoshop and retouch to a good degree. You will need to be extremely comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite as will be using the different programs on a daily basis. As an example, you will often work with cutter guides in illustrator for retail work or taxi wraps, need to cut out assets in Photoshop or layout banners, and also produce press ads in InDesign. Also, basic experience of After Effects would be a big plus as well as having used Figma. (AFX and Figma could be learnt if you only have very basic skills, or haven’t used either of these).


This is a hybrid role and the studio work within the agency office 3 days / week. It’s a highly creative and social environment with other talented, passionate and likeminded individuals. They have a huge variety of campaigns to work on throughout the year and across all media, so the work is always interesting and you will be constantly learning and developing.


The creative artworker will need to have had some agency experience, preferably from a top, well renowned agency. Whilst this is an Artworking role, you should take real care in the craft of your work, and have extreme attention to detail. You should also be keen to learn. The studio work collaboratively and the agency really invests in their people to progress you and develop your skillset (in AFX for example).
