The Position



An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading provider of HVAC, central plant cooling chillers and heating through commercial heat pumpsthat is looking for a unique MidlandsRegion SalesDirector to lead an experienced sales team and effectively run P&L for the area. Their sales performance through these unprecedented times has been impressive but now they are looking for an experienced sales professional to be a fundamental part of continuing growth strategy.



The Package




  • £70k - £80k Basic Salary
  • realistic £100k OTE uncapped

Experience Required



You must be a management level candidate ideally from within the HVAC, central plant cooling or heatingindustry which might include sales of mechanical ventilation, chillers, AHU's or commercial heat pumps. You will have abackground of creating impressive sales growth through effective deployment of sales strategies, people and budget management. A high level of commercial ability is required so if you have had P&L experience then this would be an advantage. You must have an entrepreneurial approach, be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced corporate environment. The sales team is well established andhigh performingso it is imperative that you are able to quickly assimilate the corporate dynamic to maximise sales performance.
