About the role

Our military team is growing, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as a NATO/Europe Military Sales Manager. With the support of the global military sales director, you will manage a pipeline of opportunities, quality leads, build relationships, and secure deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in sales within an exciting and impactful industry.

  • Manage end to end sales cycle of lead gen, pre-sales, proposals, tender management & closing
  • Develop relationships with Military clients & industry partners to identify opportunities for growth
  • Account Management duties for our established programmes delivering support to NATO
  • Prepare, present & demo 4C solutions to clients and stakeholders in meetings and tradeshows
  • Produce effective proposals & RFP responses
  • Understand 4C software development & implementation processes and provide input for innovation
  • Support and drive campaigns, marketing plans, and sales material
  • Effective management of assigned accounts

About you

We’re looking for a resourceful self-starter with a network in our target sectors. You’ll have a natural consultative approach to sales, and excellent stakeholder management. You’ll show a high level of integrity, and enjoy working with people from various backgrounds. Additionally, you’ll meet the following requirements:

  • Ex Military Officer
  • Competence and understanding of software solutions
  • A desire and aptitude to process in a career in military sales
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Previous experience in NATO/European Defence Force HQ would be desirable
  • Previous experience in a Military Collective Training organisation would be desirable
  • Understanding of training technologies in Live, Virtual and Constructive Domains e.g. simulators, tactical effects simulations would be desirable

This role could be based out of our London or Warminster office (hybrid working), and will require frequent travel, mainly to Europe.
