Picton Dental is a 3 surgery practcie which is a mixed NHS with 20,000 UDAs.
The Opportunity
We are seeking talented a full-time mixed NHS dentist who can deliver 3000-5000 UDAs plus £500-£1000 private income a week particularly offering Aligner e.g. Invisalign and composite bonding.
About you
- GDC Registered
- Advanced training and proven experience in restorative and aligner treatments.

Marketing Support: We can offer an investment in marketing, including paid Google, Facebook, and social media advertisement, particularly if you specialise in Aesthetic Dentistry, Implants, or Aligners
Training Opportunities: Sponsored Post Graduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry - Tipton Training / Handson Aligner course by Tif Quereshi / Basic Handson course in Basic Endo, Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry and IMpression taking. Future courses planned - PG Certificate and Diploma in Restorative Dentistry.

Flexible hours: Fee earners can elect to work early shifts (8am to 2pm) or late shifts (2pm to 9pm) or 10 hours days over 4 days and Saturdays.
About SMART
We operate 35 practices and work more like a cooperative, encouraging dentists into leadership roles and eventually into ownership of their own practices. Smart encourages training including aligner courses, hands on courses as well contribution to Post Graduate Courses including Implant Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry.
