Job Description
Working on wide ranging clients, across varied sectors and turnover ranges, you will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders/client base, delivering on a wide spectrum of personal tax compliance, with opportunities to take on tax advisory projects, and corporate taxation matters if desired.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual tax returns for individuals and partnerships.
- Electronic filing of returns.
- Corresponding with HMRC as required.
- Preparing P11d forms - liaising with colleagues to gather the necessary information efficiently.
- Preparing capital gains tax computations and electronic filing of reports.
- Wider tax research as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified by experience, or ATT/CTA, or ACA qualified, with a detailed knowledge of UK tax legislation, using tax law, HMRC guidance and understanding of the implications for clients.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Able to actively manage their own workload and take responsibility for their own development.
