Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and appliances across multiple client sites.Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to company and industry health and safety policies.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed, including safety certificates and service reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a representative of the company and providing excellent customer service.Requirements:Valid Commercial Gas Tickets (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.).Proven experience in a similar role within a Facilities Management environment, servicing a range of commercial sites.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Full UK driving license.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
