Aleader in cryptographic digital identity software is now looking to grow their technology team here in the UK within a huge and very quickly growing market.
Having built, an innovative and award-winning decentralised cyber security platform, that provides high-assurance, zero-trust computing and mobile access that is designed to keep the bad guys out they are now looking for a Mobile Software Architect / Senior Engineer to help develop the product further.
As the successful Mobile Software Architect / Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of mobile devices including mobile phones and tablet computers.
Your primary focus will be development of mobile applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Based in Guildford Surrey, this business can offer hybrid working, but you will need to come to the office for design and technical meetings. They are also offering an excellent base salary and package - please apply and we can discuss this further.
To be successful in this role, you will need a very strong mixture of the following skills and experience:
This development focuses on security and backend communication, so you will need to have an excellent understanding of network protocols and PKI
A very strong demonstrable understanding of languages used for mobile development.
You will need a solid background in C++, and either Objective -C or Kotlin.
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem, and iOS, architecture patterns, and best practices.
Strong OOP skills and SOLID principles.
Proven and demonstratable knowledge regarding the Android KeyStore or Secure Enclave.
Experience working with RESTful APIs.
Good practices with UI/UX standards.
Experience with performance and memory tuning.
Working knowledge of PKI, Cryptography, OpenSSL, and cryptosystems.
Working knowledge of Networking protocols such as DNS and Socks5.
